Personal training and running coaching

Running, health and fitness have been a real passion of mine for several years now. As a Personal Trainer my goal is to share my experience with you to help you reach your potential.
As a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and UKA Athletics Coach I have the professional skills to identify your needs and as a working mum & endurance athlete running everything from 5K parkrun to 105 mile races I have the life experience and understanding to design a bespoke program tailored to fit in with you.
